Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mind Orbit Point Training Studio Co., Ltd., we are committed to providing rigorous, high-quality technical analysis education and trade plan diagnostic training. This policy clearly outlines the terms, timelines, and procedures for workshop cancellations, clinic rescheduling, and refund requests.

1. Cancellation & Full Refund Eligibility

Participants who register for any workshop (such as the Candlestick Level Framing Workshop or Risk Architecture Lab) or a 1-on-1 Trade Plan Validation Clinic are eligible for a 100% full refund if written cancellation is submitted via email to info@mindorbitpoint.click at least seven (7) full calendar days prior to the scheduled session start date.

2. Partial Refunds & Notice Periods

If cancellation is requested between 48 hours and 7 days before the scheduled training:

• A 70% partial refund will be issued, with the remaining 30% retained to cover administrative preparation and reserved workstation allocation.
• Alternatively, participants may elect to reschedule to a future cohort date at no additional fee.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Work Already Started

The following items and circumstances are non-refundable:

• Cancellations within 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time cannot be refunded, as instructor time and studio resources have been finalized.
• Sessions Already Commenced: Once a 1-on-1 diagnostic clinic, workshop, or mentorship call has begun, that individual session fee is non-refundable.
• Delivered Educational Materials: Downloaded digital reference tools, proprietary position sizing spreadsheets, and The Candle Anatomy Atlas are non-refundable once sent to the participant.
• Participant No-Shows: If a student fails to attend a confirmed studio session or virtual clinic without prior written notice, the session fee is forfeited.

4. 4-Week Mentorship Cancellation Rules

For our 4-Week 1-on-1 Technical Mentorship program, cancellations requested after Week 1 will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for remaining uncommenced weekly sessions, minus a 2,000 THB administrative intake setup fee.

5. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that market participants encounter unexpected scheduling demands. You may reschedule any 1-on-1 diagnostic clinic or workshop up to two (2) times without penalty, provided notice is sent at least 48 hours in advance.

6. Refund Request Procedure & Processing Times

To request a cancellation or refund:

1. Send an email to info@mindorbitpoint.click with the subject line Refund Request — [Your Full Name].
2. Include your invoice number, enrolled course name, and the reason for your request.
3. Our administrative team in Chiang Mai will review your request and reply within two (2) business days.
4. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer or original card) within 7 to 10 business days.
