Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the enrollment, participation, and access to educational training clinics, workshops, chart analysis materials, and consultation services offered by Mind Orbit Point Training Studio Co., Ltd. (referred to herein as "Mind Orbit Point," "we," "our," or "the Studio").

1. Educational Purpose & Scope

Mind Orbit Point provides structured instructional courses, diagnostic chart review clinics, and technical analysis education. All information, coursework, chart illustrations, risk management calculators, and instructor critiques are delivered strictly for educational, analytical, and informational purposes.

Participants acknowledge that market trading involves substantial risk of financial loss. Mind Orbit Point instructs on chart mechanics, price action geometry, and risk principles. Participants maintain sole responsibility for their personal financial decisions, order placements, and capital allocation.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All course syllabi, proprietary diagnostic rubrics, The Candle Anatomy Atlas, position sizing spreadsheets, slide presentations, video recordings, and written materials provided during clinics are the exclusive intellectual property of Mind Orbit Point Training Studio Co., Ltd.

Enrolled participants receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these training materials for their own private educational study. Distribution, commercial re-selling, public broadcasting, or reproducing course materials without express written authorization from Mind Orbit Point is strictly prohibited.

3. Registration, Fees & Invoicing

Enrollment in any clinic, workshop, or mentorship cohort is confirmed upon completion of the intake registration and receipt of agreed course fees. All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). Mind Orbit Point reserves the right to decline or reschedule an intake if prerequisites are unmet.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law under the Kingdom of Thailand, Mind Orbit Point, its directors, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the application or interpretation of chart analysis techniques, market volatility, or individual trade decisions made by participants.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our training services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
